Tarion-Approved to fulfill the Financial Planning and Management training required for new home builder registration in Ontario.  This is a comprehensive classroom course, designed to provide operating managers with the skills to plan, monitor and make decisions on all financial elements of a residential construction business.  From the front-end demands of planning, budgeting and sourcing funds.  Through cost control, cash management and financial supervision.  To working with banks, accountants and formal financial reports.  The course emphasizes understanding financial control more than the nuts and bolts of book keeping.  The objective is to enable graduates to use financial information to assess their current situation, manage ongoing events and make sound plans for the future.

This 20 hour classroom course is conducted over two full weekdays.  Tarion qualification exam will be administered at the end of Day-2 (examination fees are included in basic course tuition).

A deposit of $100 (+HST) is required to book space in this course.  Remainder of course fees ($550 +HST), will be collected at the course and are payable by cash, e-transfer, cheque or credit card.

Attendees who have participated in previous MMI courses will receive a discounted fee of $550+HST
