Tarion-Approved to fulfill the Financial Planning and Management training required for new home builder registration in Ontario.  This is a comprehensive classroom course, designed to provide operating managers with the skills to plan, monitor and make decisions on all financial elements of a residential construction business.  From the front-end demands of planning, budgeting and sourcing funds.  Through cost control, cash management and financial supervision.  To working with banks, accountants and formal financial reports.  The course emphasises understanding financial control more than the nuts and bolts of book keeping.  The objective is to enable graduates to use financial information to assess their current situation, manage ongoing events and make sound plans for the future.

This is a 20 hour classroom course.  Two full days are devoted to classroom sessions and exercises.  The Tarion qualification exam is included and can be completed at the end of day 2.  No additional fee is required for examination.  Records for successful individuals will be communicated directly to Tarion within one week.

A deposit of $100+HST is required to book space in this course.  Remainder of course fees ($550+HST), are payable at the course itself and may be made by cash, cheque, e-transfer or credit card.
