Approved to fulfill the Business Planning and Management training required for new home builder registration in Ontario. This course provides an overview of the planning and general management needs of a residential construction business. Bringing together the disciplines of organization, product /marketing and finances into a coordinated framework for running a construction business in the most professional way. Emphasis is on explaining business fundamentals, and how they relate to a smooth operation. The objective is to free business owners from administrative detail by providing tools and understanding to build an organization that can get things done and support them in their more critical role of developing the business.
This is a 20 hour classroom course. It can be taken in two formats:
-two full-days followed by a 4 hour review and examination session
-six evening sessions, with final session devoted to review and examination
Course fees $650. A $100 deposit is required at time of booking with remainder payable at the course itself
