Approved to fulfill the Business Planning and Management training required for new home builder/vendor licensing in Ontario. This course provides an overview of the planning and general management needs of a residential construction business. Bringing together the disciplines of organization, product /marketing and finances into a coordinated framework for running a construction business in the most professional way. Emphasis is on explaining business fundamentals, and how they relate to a smooth operation. The objective is to free business owners from administrative detail by providing tools and understanding to build an organization that can get things done and support them in their more critical role of developing the business.
This is a 16 hour classroom course presented over two full days of live, interactive presentations. The exam required for HCRA certification is offered at the end of day 2. Examination fees are included in the basic course tuition.
Course fees $650. A $100 deposit is required at time of booking with remainder payable at the course itself
